My PI in Six Words: Transforming Retirement Planning Questions into Confidence
Sarah joined Pension Inc. in 1997 as a plan administrator. She enjoys fostering new and long-standing relationships with both plan sponsors and participants. In 2007, Sarah became a partner and acquired many corporate roles. In 2019, the Board of Directors promoted Sarah to President. While her passion for designing and servicing client plans remains strong, her added responsibilities include leading Pension Inc. in the areas of corporate management and day-to-day business operations. Outside the office, Sarah enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and any activities that take her family outdoors.
Sue has been with Pension Inc. since 1992 and currently serves as CEO, Owner and Director of Business Development. She enjoys meeting with new business partners and plan sponsors to promote the Pension Inc. story and share her passion for helping employees reach their retirement goals. Sue is a graduate of St. Norbert College and is an active community volunteer. When she is not spending time with her family, she proudly serves on the St. Norbert College President’s Advisory Council and the Bellin Foundation Board of Directors. With a dedication to youth development in our community she is also an active member of the Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors.

My PI in Six Words: Developing Dependable Retirement Solutions for Employees
Fresh off his graduation from St. Norbert College, Chris joined Pension Inc. in 2000 as an Account Executive. Since then, his role has expanded to include Owner, Board Chair and Director of Compliance. Passionate about the legal and compliance aspects of retirement plan design and administration, Chris enjoys crafting qualified plans tailored to each client’s specific goals. Outside the office, Chris is actively involved in the community’s youth sports associations.
Kayleigh joined Pension Inc. in 2009 and continues today as an account administrator for qualified plans. Kayleigh excels in the areas of plan compliance, consultation, and employee education. As a member of the leadership team, Kayleigh serves as Vice President and Owner. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and serves as a member of the Alumni Advisory Board.
